I'm Dr. Shondrea Harroon. My practice opened its doors in 2020. The work itself is older; eighteen years old, forged long before it had a name, in boardrooms and hospital corridors where I learned exactly what it costs a woman to lead while holding everything else together too.
I know that cost because I've paid it. I've been the one stuck, overwhelmed, certain the next step didn't exist and I've spent nearly two decades since finding my way through seasons like that one, then turning around to walk others through theirs. Empathy as the compass. Strategy as the map. Every time.
This space is not for the woman who has it all figured out. It's for the one who's done shrinking to fit a room that was never built for her. Ready to reconnect with her power. Reclaim her voice. Rewrite the story, on her own terms, starting now.
