Leadership Beyond Performance

You've sat in the room. You've earned the title. And somewhere along the way, you learned to shrink a little to keep it — to code-switch, to soften your voice, to leave parts of yourself at the door before you walked in.

Rising and Rooted exists because leadership development for women of color usually comes in two forms: free circles you have to qualify for, or corporate programs that teach you to lead like everyone else already does. Neither one asks who you are underneath the title or gives you something to hold onto once the session ends.

This is different. Over 8 weeks, you don't just talk about leadership, you build it, one piece at a time, inside a room of women doing the same work alongside you. By the time you leave, you're not walking away with notes and good intentions. You're walking away with your Rooted Leadership Blueprint, a complete, personal document built week by week: your values, your voice, your vision, your plan, your people. Proof of the work, in your hands.

Every Wednesday at 6:30 PM CST, for 8 weeks, you'll join an intimate circle of women — never more than 12 — building leadership from the inside out. Each session moves you through a guided curriculum grounded in identity-rooted leadership, and each week you'll leave with another piece of your Rooted Leadership Blueprint: your values, your voice, your vision, your plan, your people.

This isn't a webinar you half-watch. It's a cohort that shows up for you, and that you show up for, one Wednesday at a time, until you're holding a complete plan for how you lead, and a community that helped you build it.

1. Core Cohort Package — $798

• 8 weeks of one hour live group sessions focused on leadership development, grounded in identity.

Includes everything in the Core Cohort Package, plus:

• Two private 1:1 coaching sessions with Dr. Harroon (30 minutes each, scheduled and completed during the 8-week cohort).
• Priority access, when available, to future Rooted programming, including the annual Rooted Women's Leadership Intensive and the mentorship bridge program.
• Eligible for a 15% discount on the annual Intensive and alumni pricing on future cohorts, subject to program availability and published terms.

This is the first Rising and Rooted cohort we've ever run — the Founding Cohort, in every sense. Twelve women, one circle, built from the ground up around identity-rooted leadership. We kept it small on purpose: depth over headcount.

Once these spots are filled, they're filled. The next cohort doesn't open until May 12, 2027.

Is this therapy?
No. Rising and Rooted is group leadership coaching, not therapy or clinical mental health treatment. It's real, honest work, just not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Do I need to work in corporate America to join?
The program is built around navigating corporate and professional environments, but there's no formal employment requirement. If this speaks to you, you're welcome here.

What if I miss the 6-payment plan window?
The 6-payment plan is only available for registrations between August 10–15, 2026. After that, Full Pay and the 3-payment plan (through November 15) are still available.

Is my spot guaranteed once I register?
Not quite yet. After you submit the registration form, you'll receive a Client Coaching Agreement and payment link. Your spot is confirmed once both are complete.

Why does Rooted+ show two prices?
$1,800 is the standing price for Rooted+. $1,350 is a one-time Founding Cohort discount, available only for this cohort.
